Mitacs Globalink Research Awards help faculty and students at Canadian universities deepen the research links between Canadian and international educational institutions. ±«Óãtv faculty in any discipline may submit applications on behalf of their senior undergraduate or graduate students. Awards of up to $5,000 will be made to students in support of 12- to 24-week research projects at selected universities in Brazil, China, India, Mexico or Vietnam.



Any ±«Óãtv faculty member interested in this opportunity is asked to contact Jennifer Morawiecki (jennifer.morawiecki@dal.ca) in International Research & Development for more information and support in developing an application, and to facilitate the necessary institutional signatures.

Note that ±«Óãtv has established an internal application process for these awards, and applications are currently being accepted for student placements in summer 2016 (commencing in May or June).
