Researchers who intend to apply for a Discovery Grant in the 2016 competition must submit a Notification of Intent to Apply (NOI) by the deadline date of August 2^nd, 8:00 pm (ET). As usual, the deadline is publically posted as August 1^st but will roll forward to the next business day due to the National Holiday.
