Over the years, the Faculty of Engineering has become a leader in the area of Advanced Manufacturing. Recently, the Faculty invested in new state of the art facilities dedicated to the 3D printing of metallic materials. One of these facilities is now home to one of the most prestigious pieces of equipment amongst Canadian universities, the Gas Atomizer.
