Troubleshooting
Most login or access technical issues can be corrected by:
- Clearing your browsers cache
- Accessing the material in a new browser
-  Saved browser data and passwords can cause conflicts with the login or display of many systems. These conflicts appear as password or account errors, display errors and validation errors.
If you are having trouble with your NetID account – you can self serve many errors here:  If you are needing technical support for your NetID, please call the HelpDesk - 902-494-4357 ext 1 or email support@dal.ca We do not have the access to reset or look up this information. Please note the Helpdesk will not be able to assist with an OPEN_X username issues – we will assist with these as soon as possible.
