Research Interests

Professor Lee’s research interests include human-less technologies, smart devices and applications, smart tourism, human-AI interactions, electronic word of mouth (eWOM), sharing economy and corporate use of social media. His work contributes to the academic literature on the impact of smart applications on individual and organizational performance, the role of smart devices in the tourism industry, users’ privacy concerns with the sharing economy services, the human’s interaction with Human-less and AI-driven services, and the impact of eWOM on consumers’ behaviours.
