48th Annual Conference

The Atlantic Canada Economics Association invites the submission of papers for its 48th Annual Conference, to be held October 14-16, 2022 at ±«Óătv University, Halifax, Nova Scotia. The general theme of the conference is “Atlantic Canada in the Post-Covid World Economy”. However, academic papers in all areas of economics are welcomed.Ěý
Persons interested in presenting a paper at the conference are invited to submit an abstract by September 15th, 2022. Please email your proposal to ACEA48@dal.ca. Decisions on accepted papers will be made by the Program Committee by September 22nd, 2022.
The conference is planned to take place over the October 14-16 period in Halifax, Nova Scotia at ±«Óătv University. ĚýAn in-person conference is planned, with live streaming of some sessions. In these uncertain Covid-19 pandemic times, any conference has to be ready to consider alternatives to the in-person format should events require. If events necessitate, the ACEA will announce an alternative format Ěýas soon as is practicable.

Le thème de la confĂ©rence est « Le Canada Atlantique dans l'Ă©conomie mondiale post-Covid ». Cependant, les articles acadĂ©miques dans tous les domaines de l'Ă©conomie sont les bienvenus.
Les personnes intĂ©ressĂ©es Ă prĂ©senter un article Ă la confĂ©rence sont invitĂ©es Ă soumettre un rĂ©sumĂ© avant le 31 aoĂ»t 2022. Veuillez faire parvenir votre proposition par courriel Ă ACEA48@dal.ca.Ěý Ěý. Les dĂ©cisions quant aux articles sĂ©lectionnĂ©s seront prises par le comitĂ© de programme avant le 15 septembre 2022.
La confĂ©rence se tiendra du 14 au 16 octobre Ă Halifax, en Nouvelle-Écosse, Ă l'UniversitĂ© ±«Óătv. Nous planifions une confĂ©rence en prĂ©sentiel avec diffusion de certaines sessions en direct en ligne. En ces temps d’incertitudes dues Ă la pandĂ©mie de Covid-19, toute confĂ©rence doit ĂŞtre prĂŞte Ă envisager des alternatives au format en prĂ©sentiel si les Ă©vĂ©nements l'exigent. Si nĂ©cessaire, l'ACEA annoncera un format alternatif dès que possible.
