The job interview can be a challenging experience. You need to clearly communicate and demonstrate the knowledge, skills, competencies and abilities you would bring to the position plus your motivation for applying.Ìý This workshop is designed to provide you with an opportunity to explore the what, why and how to of behavioural based interviewing, a commonly used interviewing technique.Ìý It’s designed to be highly interactive with an opportunity to learn how to prepare for and approach the interview, to practice answering questions and how to get feedback on how well you communicated your experience.

So much rests on your ability to ask properly structured questions to understand the candidates’ aptitude to bring the essential knowledge, skills and abilities to the position. This workshop is designed to provide an opportunity to think critically about how to plan the interview, phrase questions to draw information,Ìý and set a framework to meet organizational and human resource best practice requirements. It’s designed to be highly interactive and practical.
