Financial Services temporary relocation to the CHEB

Beginning Monday, February 13th, the majority of staff in Financial Services will relocate to the 5th Floor of the CHEB building, 5793 University Avenue, until approximately November 2017 while work continues on the exterior of the Henry Hicks Building.

The Financial Services offices moving include Accounts Payable, Accounting, Budget Office, Research & Special Purpose Accounting, Financial Systems, Controller and Assistant Vice-President. All contact numbers for staff will remain the same.

Student Accounts and the Investment Office will remain where they are in the Henry Hicks Building and Procurement will remain in the MacDonald Building.

Drop Off:

o Reception for the Financial Services main office will be located on the 5th floor of the CHEB.(see address above). University Mail will be delivered to that location and drop offs are also welcome.
o For convenience a drop box will be located at the front desk of Student Accounts (Room 29,Henry Hicks Building) for delivery to our offices in the CHEB two times each day. The pick-up from Student Accounts will be at approximately 10:00 am and 3:00 pm.
o Deposits MUST be delivered to the University Cashier temporarily located in Student Accounts (Room 29, Henry Hicks Building).
