View Your Account

You can view your account, check your account balance, print statements and more at   Learn how below.

How to view your Account Balance & Student Account Balances -Tuition & Fees

  1. Login to .
  2. Select: Web for Students > Student Records > Student Account Balances -Tuition & Fees .
  3. Select the appropriate term, then "Submit".
  4. You will be directed to a screen displaying your Student Account Balances -Tuition & Fees. This shows most current Account Activity.
  5. Select “View activity”. This will provide a drop-down menu where you can view your payments (debit/credit), tuition and fees. 
  6. If the Account Balance is a positive value that amount is payable to ±«Óătv.  If the Account Balance is a negative, you have a credit on your account.

How to view your Account Statement & Payment History

  1. Login to .
  2. Select: Web for Students > Student Records > Student Account Balances -Tuition & Fees 
  3. Select “View Activity” to view the detailed breakdown of the tuition and fees
  4. Select: "Term"
  5. Select: "Print/view PDF

Authorize Account Access to a 3rd Party (such as a parent or sponsor)

We are often asked to disclose financial information surrounding a student's account by parents and others so they can make accurate tuition payments.

University policy recognizes the financial account as belonging to the student and therefore, in order to protect student privacy, account information is considered confidential.

If you wish to grant permission for financial information to be released to a third party (such as a parent or sponsor), you can request authorization by clicking the "Authorize Account Access" link below.

IMPORTANT: When you make changes to your course selection, meal plan, etc., it may affect your account balance; refer to your Account Detail by Term at  for your most current account activity.

Student Accounts Email Communication

Your dal.ca email is your official means of communication for ±«Óătv academic and administrative purposes. This is the only email account that will be used for communicating with you regarding all academic and administrative matters. This includes, statements, notices and payment reminders.
