Patients can now cancel their appointment with the Student Health & Wellness Centre online using this form.ÌýOnce you have submitted your cancellation request, you will receive an autoreply to show that your cancellation has been submitted and will be processed. This form is not to be used for appointments at the HalifaxÌýStudent Health & Wellness Centre only [you must contact or theÌýStudent Health and Wellness Centre in Truro to cancel appointments at those clinics].
