HALIFAX CAMPUS PROCEDURES
External contractors and Facilities Management grounds crew make every effort to clear snow and manage ice by 7:00am. Due to unpredictability of weather events, and continuation and duration of snowfall, this is not always achievable. The crew will focus on priority areas when snow removal and ice control is challenging due to unpredictable weather events. Crews work to limit icy conditions by regularly salting prior to weather events.
