What is the Jaggaer system?

Jaggaer is a leading global procurement platform that powers DalBuy. It provides a secure and streamlined system for managing supplier relationships, processing payments, and accessing procurement tools, making transactions efficient and transparent.

Why is DalBuy important for suppliers?

DalBuy streamlines the process of working with ±«Óãtv University, making it easier to manage orders, invoices, and payments. It also connects suppliers to a broader network through Jaggaer.

How do i start the registration process?

You’ll receive an email invitation to register. Click the ‘Register Now’ button to access the DalBuy portal and begin your registration.

Can I register without an email invitation?

No, suppliers must receive an email invitation from ±«Óãtv University to register on DalBuy.

How long does it take to complete registration?

Registration can be completed in approximately 30 minutes, depending on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.

Do I need to provide all information in one session?

No, you can save your progress and return later to complete your registration. But remember, timely registration is important to ensure you receive timely  payments.

Can my organization have more than one user registered in DalBuy?

Yes, your organization can have multiple users registered in DalBuy. To add a new user, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings >> Manager Users in the DalBuy portal and click on Send New User Request.
  2. Fill out the required form with the new user's details and click Send User Request.

Once this is completed, the new user will receive an email with further instructions to access DalBuy.
