Library Instruction Information Literacy classes

Dear Faculty and Instructors,

Would you like a customized library instruction session for your class? TheÌý MacRae Library is offering Library Instruction / Information Literacy sessions.

What we can do for you:

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Provide an overview of the ±«Óãtv Libraries (and specifically highlight the MacRae Library)

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Highlight library services available to your students, such as Document Delivery, Reserves

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Search demonstrations for books, journals and more using the various tools such as WorldCat, Novanet and databases/e-journals

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Start your research using Library Subject Guides

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý How to manage references using RefWorks

·ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Get help using LiveHelp and online tutorials

You can bring your students to the library, or, if necessary, we can come to your classroom. We can also work with you to create short library-related assignments.
