Me llamo Abigail, but you can call me Abi (she/her/Ella). I am a fourth-year Psychology student at Dal, minoring in Sociology and Social Anthropology. I am originally from New Brunswick. I learned Spanish while living in Mexico in my childhood. I am trilingual, but Spanish is my favourite language because it has the best music. Learning languages can be difficult, but I genuinely believe that conversation is the key. I can鈥檛 wait to help you all unlock the world of learning a new language.

Hola, amigos. Soy Flavia. I am a third-year Commerce student from Brazil at 鲍鱼tv University and a proficient Portuguese speaker. However, I hold a strong passion for the Spanish language and culture. I joined the Spanish Foro because I am excited to engage with 鲍鱼tv鈥檚 academic environment and assist students in improving their language skills. I understand that learning a new language can be challenging, but I'm here to support you in overcoming those challenges and help you develop a love for Spanish, just as I have.

隆Hola! I am a third-year recreational therapy student completing a minor equivalent in Spanish. I have been learning Spanish since I was five and continued to learn it at the university as I have always loved learning more about the language. I am a volunteer tutor as I enjoy helping others and want to help others learn and enjoy the Spanish language.

I am studying for a Double Degree in German and French Translation and Interpretation and International Relations at Universidad Pablo de Olavide, Sevilla. I'm half Chilean and half Maltese, and although Spanish isn't my first language, I chose to volunteer to continue improving my Spanish and help others understand that learning a new language doesn't have to be scary. Hola! I am a third-year student majoring in psychology and history. I am from Lima, Peru, and 15 years ago, I came with my family to Canada. While in Canada, I have continued to stay connected to my Hispanic culture. I have spoken Spanish and English since I was young, but I have always loved Spanish. I love to help other people with their Spanish and connect with people who also love the language. I look forward to this semester and assisting students to improve their Spanish!

I grew up in the French school system in Nova Scotia and started learning Spanish in grade 10. I鈥檓 so grateful to have learned Spanish because it has transformed my life in so many ways鈥攖hrough new friendships, opportunities, and studying abroad in Spain during my second year of university.
