Academic Integrity Officer (AIO): The Dean of Management discharges role of Academic Integrity Officer, takes primary leadership role on driving a culture of integrity, devolves responsibilities appropriately within the Faculty, ensures continuous organizational learning.
Assistant Academic Integrity Officer receives confidential notifications and advises student and Dean of possible steps.
Academic Integrity Coordinator supervises the academic integrity process, works with program administrators to ensure effective communication with students and maintains all records.
Heads of School ensure a consistent commitment to academic integrity from all professors and students in their Schools. Heads of School ensure that Program Directors are appointed with Academic Integrity criteria in job descriptions for all programs run from their schools. NB: The Dean does this in the case of the BManagement and other cross-school or cross-faculty programs.
Program Directors actively ensure that all professors teaching in their programs are familiar with this policy document and competent to discharge their duties in support of the policy (through direct coaching, inclusion in briefing sessions, inclusion of standard procedures in course design, syllabi, other course materials etc).
Instructors and Program Coordinators familiarize themselves with the policy and procedures in this document and implement them consistently. Professors familiarize themselves with the Professor-Student Contract for Academic Integrity and uphold it.
