The Ìýis a 16-month, non-credit program designedÌýto develop your leadership skills and provide you with hands-on experience in high-demand Canadian industries.

You'll complete foundational courses in leadership and human resource management. Then, you'll start one of the specialization courses of your choice inÌýIT Project Management, Construction Site Management, or Sustainable Energy Technology Management.

  • Canadian workplace training
  • One-on-one career counselling

  • A four-month work term in your field of study
