Film lovers are psyched! The Atlantic Film Festival opens Thursday with 225 movies ready to be unspooled. Films like Lars von Trier's Antichrist and Jane Campion's Bright Star are getting a lot of attention, along with the latest TPB movie, Trailer Park Boys: Countdown to Liquor Day.
(By the way, the ±«Óãtv Art Gallery is one of the venues for the film festival. It is screening the films of German director Wim Wenders. Films screen for free at 5 p.m. in the gallery, located downstairs in the ±«Óãtv Arts Centre.)
