During the scientific expedition to record sea life in the summer of 2007, scientists were amazed to discover a strange looking octopus that resembles Dumbo the elephant. Three years later, scientists again saw the creature as it swam gracefully along the ocean bottom. ROPOS, the submersible robot, captured this video of the octopus's slow ballet.

"We saw them two or three times on this trip," remarked Lindsay Beazley, a Dal master's student who was on the expedition. "They're cool to see."
