In celebration of the centennial anniversary of U SPORTS women’s basketball, U SPORTS has selected the Top 100 women’s basketball players, marking the 100th anniversary of the first Canadian university women’s contest between the Queen’s Gaels and McGill Martlets on February 6, 1920.
Two of ±«Óătv’s women’s basketball players, Anna (Pendergast) Stammberger and Kathy (MacCormack) Spurr, have been included in the Top 100.
In the spirit of the U SPORTS Top 100, we’re showcasing our own ±«Óătv University Top 10 women’s basketball players of all time. Our list will be unveiled during halftime of the men’s basketball game Saturday, February 15.
