Men’s Hockey

On Wednesday the men’s hockey team travelled to STFX to battle the X-Men. Four, first period goals proved to be a steep hill to climb, and the Tigers lost 7-1. The Tigers looked to rebound on Saturday against UPEI. Two goals from Ethan O’Rourke, including one in the shootout lifted the Tigers over the Panthers.

Women’s Hockey

The women’s hockey team had a two-game homestand facing St. Thomas on Friday and Mount Allison on Saturday. Despite losing in both games, the Tigers are still in the playoff hunt.

Men’s Basketball

The basketball teams had a two-game weekend series against Memorial. The men’s team split the weekend with the Sea-Hawks losing a close one on Friday and winning on Saturday.

Women’s Basketball

The Tigers fought well in both their games against the Sea-Hawks but came up short. They have three more road games and one more game at home to wrap up the season.

Men’s Volleyball

The men’s volleyball team was in Fredericton this weekend to face the REDS in RSEQ action. The REDS got the best of the Tigers in both games sweeping the weekend.
