PCPC reminds all departments of year‑end purchasing deadlines

To comply with Procurement's year-end purchasing guidelines, PCPC recommends that all departments place their orders for any new computer equipment by Friday, Mar. 15. This includes orders for monitors, desktop and laptop computers, software, and accessories like speakers, printers and carrying bags. Given Fri., Mar. 29, is a holiday, all orders will need to be paid for and delivered by Thurs., Mar. 28 to have them charged against this year’s budget.

To expedite your purchase, payments may be made using your DalCard Plus, or by simply providing us with your “org number”.
