The annual spring shearing of the ±«Óătv Agricultural Campus sheep flock occurred yesterday with 87 sheep being shorn.

The shorn wool is sold to a local producer who cleans and processes the wool into wool products such as comforters and sweaters.

Students from the fourth year “Science of Modern Sheep Farming” observed the shearing and assisted with packing the fleeces.
