Full-Time 10-month Limited Term Instructor
The Department of Chemistry at ±«Óãtv University invites applications for a Limited Term Appointment at the rank of Instructor.
August 1, 2013 to May 31, 2014
Duties: Primary duties include coordination and delivery of laboratory and lecture components of second and third year courses in inorganic and analytical chemistry.
This position reports to the Chair.
The position requires a minimum of a PhD degree in Chemistry or equivalent. Teaching experience would be an asset. The salary is defined by the DFA Collective Agreement, 2011-14, depending on qualifications and experience.

Full Time Limited Term Instructor – First Year Chemistry
(10 months)
The Department of Chemistry at ±«Óãtv University invites applications for a ten-month position at the rank of Instructor.
August 1, 2013 to May 31, 2014 (or as soon as possible after August 1, 2013)
Duties:Â The coordination and delivery of classroom instruction in introductory chemistry, including teaching and teaching related activities, advising and counselling of students, communicating practices and policies to other faculty involved in the first-year program, advising in the scheduling of lectures, laboratories and tutorials, maintaining resource materials, including on-line material, coordinating tests and exams, and preparation of class information sheets and other common material.
This position reports to the Chair.
The position requires a minimum of an MSc degree in Chemistry or equivalent. Some teaching experience would be an asset. The salary is defined by the DFA Collective Agreement, 2011-14, depending on qualifications and experience.
