WORK ASSIGNMENT:听 The Teaching Assistant will assist with Mgmt 3907听 New Venture Creation
听
Lectures are held Monday and Wednesday 8:30AM - 10:00AM. Duties include, but are not limited to:
听
1. Meeting with students for assistance
2. Assisting the Instructor when needed
3. Marking assignments and mid-terms and recording scores in BLS
听
You should have completed or be enrolled in a Masters program.听 Preference will be given to those who have entrepreneurial experience or aspirations. The entrepreneurial experience and aspirations may include:
听
* Traditional venture start up
* For profit ventures
* Not for profit ventures
* Social entrepreneurship
* New initiatives in existing ventures
* New initiatives in the public sector
听
REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:听 Have a good academic track record.听 Good interpersonal skills required to work with groups of students or for one-on-one interaction.听 Given that this is a cross listed class with Dental Hygiene, an empathy for these two disciplines is expected. To be well organized.
听
