Lecturer or Assistant Professor of Strategy/Academic Director of Undergraduate Programs

The Rowe School of Business and Faculty of Management invite applications for a 3-year limited term appointment as Academic Director of Undergraduate Programs and as faculty member at the rank of Lecturer or Assistant Professor of Strategy, commencing July 1, 2014.

The successful applicant must have at least a Master’s degree, and must have demonstrated knowledge of the subject matter and an established record of teaching excellence. The successful applicant will be expected to teach Strategy courses at the undergraduate level, and to contribute to the academic life of the School. The successful candidate will also be expected to direct the Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Management programs, and must have a demonstrated high level of skill and experience in academic administration. Candidates must be able to meet the School’s accrediting body’s (AACSB) qualification requirements.

The Rowe School of Business is part of the Faculty of Management, which has a unique commitment to values-based management and interdisciplinary research and learning. Thus, the successful candidate will have opportunities to work with like-minded colleagues in the sister Schools of Public Administration, Information Management, and Resource and Environmental Studies within the Faculty.
