Fall is fast approaching; do you know what that means? Fall cleaning! OK, that isn't very exciting but remember that you may be able to provide warm clothing to someone else in the ±«Óãtv community this winter, and that IS exciting.
As you begin to clean out your closet, please remember the annual Winter Clothing Giveaway hosted by our own Student Academic Success Services in late October. We are looking for clean and gently used winter clothing (hats, mittens, gloves, coats, and jackets) for those students who are not used to our Nova Scotia winters and to help them out with the expense of preparing for winter. If you have any such clothing and would like to donate please bring them to the International Centre located at 1246 LeMarchant Street, Suite 1200 or to Advising and Access Services in the Killam Library, G28 by October 17th.
To make arrangements for clothing drop off or simply to ask questions, please contact Heather Dominey at 494-3077 or Heather.Dominey@Dal.ca.
