Counselling Services: SHIFT Program

Counselling Services offers an on-line self-help program for students, called “SHIFT” Self-Help for Improving Feelings and Thoughts”.   It’s a series of interactive on-line modules designed to teach methods of coping and reducing distress.  

Participants need to be admitted into the program by a program coach.  Go to  to register, and like their page on Facebook (SHIFT Program, ±«Óătv Counselling Services) for information and updates.
