ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý WORK ASSIGNMENT:Ìý This course is taught on-line using the On-line Web Learning/Blackboard Learn (OWL/BBL). The Teaching Assistant for Health Care Ethics will be responsible for working with the course professor to ensure that the course runs efficiently.ÌýÌý Evaluation of studentÌýÌý performance (marking) will be shared between the teaching assistant and the course professor.ÌýÌý The Teaching Assistant reports to the courseÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý professor.ÌýÌý Position is for 130 hours for the semester.Ìý Ìý

ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION: Individuals interested in applying for this position should have outstanding organizational and communication skills,ÌýÌý should work well with others and be self-motivated independent workers. Experience with BLS is an asset. The successful applicant will beÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý familiar with current issues in health care ethics and have at least an undergraduate degree in a related area.

The Teaching Assistant will beÌýÌýÌýÌý responsible for working with the course professor to ensure that the course runs efficiently.Ìý Evaluation of student performance (marking) andÌýÌý proctoring examinations will be shared between the teaching assistant and the course professor.Ìý The Teaching Assistant reports to the courseÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý professor.

Masters student is preferred but those with relevant undergraduate preparation andÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý experience will be considered.

ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý WORK ASSIGNMENT: This course is taught on-line using the On-line Web Learning/Blackboard Learn (OWL/BBL). The Teaching Assistants will beÌýÌýÌý responsible for working with the course professor in this on-line course to ensure that the course runs efficiently and effectively.ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý Evaluation of student performance and participation on an ongoing basis will be expected of the TAs in this role.Ìý The Teaching AssistantsÌýÌýÌý report to the course professor. Ìý

ÌýÌýÌýÌýÌý REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION: Individuals interested in applying for this position should have outstanding organizational and communication skills,ÌýÌý should work well with others and be self-motivated independent workers.ÌýÌý Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.ÌýÌýÌýÌý Experience with BLS is an asset. Applicant should at minimum be enrolled in a Masters program.
