Please be advised that the staff in the main office of Financial Services (Room 44 in the Hicks Building) will be temporarily re-located while the office is painted and new flooring installed. Effective Thursday, December 18 until Wednesday, January 14 the main reception area will be located in Room 7 of the basement of the Hicks Building and any hand deliveries should be dropped off here. This temporary move will not impact campus mail. All Financial Services staff phone numbers will remain the same during this period. All deposits for the University Cashier should also be delivered off to Room 7.
Anyone wishing to hand deliver payroll forms to Research Accounting for approval should first contact Jebun Chowdhury (extension 1702) to be directed appropriately.
Research Accounting staff usually located in Room 12 will continue to be located in Suite D401 on the Sexton Campus until Wednesday, January 14 while those in the Budget Office will remain in various areas within Financial Services.
Signs will be posted to re-direct any inquiries.
