PAY RATE: equivalent to the accordance within the CUPE Collective Agreement

WORK ASSIGNMENT:Ìý The Teaching Assistant for Health Care Ethics will be responsible for working with the course professor to ensure that the course runs efficiently.ÌýÌý The Teaching Assistant will be responsible for working with the course professor to ensure that the course runs efficiently.Ìý Evaluation of student performance (marking) and proctoring examinations will be shared between the teaching assistant and the course professor.Ìý The Teaching Assistant reports to the course professor.Ìý The position is for 130 hours for the Summer Term (May 4 - Aug 31, 2015)

REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION: Individuals interested in applying for this position should have outstanding organizational and communication skills, should work well with others and be self-motivated independent workers.Ìý The successful applicant will be familiar with current issues in health care ethics and have at least an undergraduate degree in a related area.
