Assistant Professor Posting: Rowe School of Business

The Rowe School of Business invites applications for a 10-month limited-term appointment in Management (Organizational Behaviour (OB)) at the rank of Assistant Professor commencing August 1, 2015.

The successful candidate must have a PhD (or be ABD) with a concentration in OB or OB/Human Resources. This is a position with a strong emphasis on high-quality teaching, and evidence of successful teaching experience at the undergraduate level is required. The successful applicant will be expected to teach multiple sections of undergraduate courses in OB in the Management area, including some introductory coverage of Human Resources Management. Coordination of a multiple-section course may also be required. The successful applicant will also be expected to contribute to the academic life of the School. Candidates must be able to meet the School’s accrediting body’s (AACSB) qualification requirements.

The Rowe School of Business is part of the Faculty of Management, which has a unique commitment to values-based management and interdisciplinary research and learning. Thus, the successful candidate will have opportunities to work with like-minded colleagues in the sister Schools of Public Administration, Information Management, and Resource and Environmental Studies within the Faculty.
