Claims dated between July 1, 2015 and June 30, 2016 you wish to apply to your health spending account must be submitted to Medavie Blue Cross by September 30, 2016.

Please note if you have an amount remaining from the 2014-2015 claim year, it will be forfeited if not used. For further information regarding your balance, please contact Medavie Blue Cross.

Any amount you have not used from the 2015-2016 period will be carried forward and available for use in the new claim year; July 1, 2016 - June 30, 2017.
