Being adaptable can be fostered through exposure to creative ideas that challenge us to stay open-minded, to not judge and to question one’s own assumptions.
Adaptability is a competency that embraces three behaviours that creative ideas may support:
·        Re-evaluating your position in light of new information
·        Adapting one’s approach
·        Understanding and accepting that change happens and are able to let go of old ideas
In a short 23 minutes, this video offers information on verifying the workability of ideas, canvassing opinions and building on ideas.
