This research study concerns the use of an instrument for imaging the back of the eye. We will be comparing results between normal healthy eyes and eyes with glaucoma. Individuals with no known eye problems between the ages of 50 and 90 years are required.
Participants will attend three sessions per year for 5 years for a total of 15 visits at the QEII Eye Care Centre (Victoria General site). Each session lasts approximately one and a half hours. Peripheral vision testing will be performed as well as imaging of the eye, several eye measurements and an examination by an ophthalmologist.
You will be compensated for your participation in the study.
