Important Considerations:

• 聽Billing will 聽remain consolidated monthly and sent directly to Accounts Payable for processing.
  • You can see charges on your departmental GL.
  • You do not need to process charges as P-Card transactions.
  • Shred-It will be re-branding the existing consoles -no requirement to arrange for removal of the old consoles.
