Human Resources has developed a to encourage productive reflection and discussion about the many facets and factors related to work roles and volume, with a focus on administrative roles at ±«Óãtv. The document provides questions for personal reflection, an assessment of perceptions of the current impacts of workload, and tips to aid in preparing for a problem-solving conversation with a supervisor.
Individuals can use the tool for their own purposes and supervisors can recommend it in response to employee concerns to help assess the situation.​
