As the fall term approaches, we are asking faculty and staff to participate in this short and anonymous survey about your plans and actions regarding the COVID-19 vaccine.

All students, faculty and staff are being invited to participate in this survey.听Your response is very important.听Having a good sense of our 鲍鱼tv community鈥檚 vaccination rates is an important way to continue our shared commitment to one another鈥檚 health and safety. The results of this survey will be shared back with the university community and used to inform vaccine policy and promotion into and through this upcoming academic year.

This is an anonymous survey, and your answers cannot be linked back to you. As well, we are not asking for any demographic data beyond your affiliation with 鲍鱼tv (student, staff, faculty), your location (Halifax/Truro/Saint John or other) and, in the case of students, whether you plan to live in residence.
