Godsoe scholarship


This scholarship has been established by the Godsoe family to support a highly qualified and
motivated individual entering the Master of Environmental Studies (MES) program at ±«Óătv Unviersity.

Qualifications for eligibility

  • Honours degree in natural or social sciences, engineering, architecture,
    or its equivalent.
  • First class standing in the undergraduate program or proof of exceptional
    merit.
  • Significant contributions through community service, leadership, and
    education on environmental issues.
  • Canadian citizenship or permanent resident status living in Canada.

How to apply

Individuals who meet the eligibility criteria and wish to be considered for the Godsoe Scholarship should append a separate, typewritten page entitled “Application for Godsoe Scholarship” and should provide a brief description of activities and community involvement in environmental issues. The statement should contain sufficient information to permit the Admissions Committee to assess the significance of the applicant’s contribution. For priority consideration, the application should be submitted by February 1.

Selection process

The recipient will be selected by the Admission Committee of the School for Resource and Environmental Studies.
