Introduction

The Certificate in Animal Behaviour provides students with enhanced, in-depth听training in animal behaviour听through a series of courses and a听research project.

Using concepts from behavioural biology and psychology, students who enrol will develop a deep understanding of the major forces that shape animal behaviour.

The Certificate consists of听three components

听听听 a)听Four core required courses
听听听 b)听12 credit hours of courses chosen from certificate electives
听听听 c)听Research project (3 or 6 credit hours)

Students should enroll in the certificate program during their听third听辞谤听fourth听year听of studies. The certificate coordinator Simon Gadbois (simon.gadbois@dal.ca)
will enroll you in the program听when you seek approval of your research topic.
