Develop the Skill of Seeking and Valuing Others’ Contributions

Respect and Inclusion is one of . It is described as “promoting respect and inclusion by working successfully with a wide variety of people and encouraging participation and involvement”.

A couple of the specific behaviours for Creating and Maintaining a Respectful and Inclusive Workplace are:

  • Seeks input from and values team members’ contributions
  • Appropriately involves and collaborates with others
