Managing Motivation During Organizational Change

When managing others through change you must be able to:

·         Anticipate and address behaviours and barriers to the change and innovation

·         Engage others while supporting and implementing change

·         Help the team develop the necessary skills for changes and innovation

In this 22 minute video you will learn how to manage your own and employees’ stress, motivate employees through being an example, communicating well and acknowledging employees’ experiences.
