POSITION(S):Ìý 3 45-hour Earth Sciences Teaching Assistants for ±«Óãtv’s Integrated Science Program (DISP) for the winter 2021 term.Ìý

Work Assignment:ÌýTAsÌýassist instructor in the presentation and delivery of online courses. Required to interact with students within an online setting. Duties may include preparation of teaching material, marking, invigilation, and communication with students and instructor. For distance courses this may include additional online activities (e.g. monitoring online discussion boards). The TA reports directly to the instructor.Ìý

²Ï±«´¡³¢±õ¹ó±õ°ä´¡°Õ±õ°¿±·³§/·¡³Ý±Ê·¡¸é±õ·¡±·°ä·¡:Ìý Applicants should be a senior undergraduate, or graduate students at ±«Óãtv University. They must have knowledge of the subject matter being taught and be comfortable in facilitating the learning of undergraduate students online. Previous experience in TA’ing classes or other university level teaching, especially in an online environment, would be a definite asset. Applicants must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ìý
