Wednesday, May 18th marks Dal鈥檚 7th annual Caregiver Appreciation Day, part of Caregiver Awareness Month in Nova Scotia.听

Many of us at Dal are stretched to fulfill many roles and to care for others.听 While time and energy can be in short supply, information and support is around you to tap into.听 Here are some of what鈥檚 available.
