Email notices have now been sent for office printer contract renewals – including information related to lease expense for budgeting for fiscal 2024-25.
As communicated in a faculty & unit financial administrator’s meeting in the fall, the lease expense for Konica Minolta office printers will be charged back to departments, faculties and units through monthly upload starting in April 2024.Â
If you have not received a notice with the lease expense for your Konica Minolta office printer and you think you should have received one, please email office.printers@dal.ca and refer to the device ID on the sticker on the front of the printer.
If there is a new contact person for an office printer in your area or a change in fund/orgn for chargeback, please email office.printers@dal.ca so records can be updated.
