罢丑别听聽provides a structured process that recognizes your successes, encourages reflection, and provides an opportunity to plan for growth and development.聽It has an equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility (EDIA) section that supports the reflection of and ways to foster, enhance and promote this work as part of your role during your performance development period.
