Entry requirements
To gain acceptance into this combined degree program, you must satisfy the entrance requirements of both our JD program and the . For admission, you must apply to both the Schulich School of Law and the School of Public Administration individually. You may submit LSAT results in lieu of GMAT results.
Order of classes
A total of 13 half credit Public Administration courses are required. The combined degree program is structured as follows:

Year 3 | MPA: 9 credit hours from the graduate level electives from the MPA program (One ofÌý these could beÌýPUAD 6855, typically completed during the summer after the first or second year of the program, as agreed upon with program coordinators.) NOTE: Students may choose to do a 3-credit hour elective (graduate level course) from outside the MPA course offerings. This course must be approved by the MPA Program Manager. Ìý JDÌý(in total 23-25 credits)

Students who wish to pursue theÌýPUAD 6855: Internship should note that the first year of the PD program (ÌýandÌý) is a prerequisite for the internship course.
